I will only start on a commission once full payment has been received up front.

I will only accept USD through Paypal.

Payment for a commission will not be accepted until the client informs me of what I am drawing.

Expect no less than a two week turnover time. This is to ensure that I have enough time to manage the balance between my personal life and current commissions.

This rule of respect is to ensure that I don’t receive last minute requests I am unable to fulfill.

Unless there is an explicit deadline (discuss with me beforehand), I will be setting my own deadline goals.

Major revisions (such as change of pose, clothes, or character) are to ONLY be done in the sketch phase.

You are allowed one major revision in the final and mid-stages.

Minor tweaks (color changes, slight expression changes, minor element tweaks) will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, but are generally okay within reason.

Any revisions AFTER the final piece will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order for any reason.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned work.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels AS LONG AS I am credited and linked to as the original artist.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.

You may make MINOR alterations to the commissioned artwork even without my consent ONLY if you do not claim the original your own (adding filters to use it as an avatar or for a site's banner is totally okay, for example).

Removing or altering my watermark and/or my signature in any way will result in an immediate blacklist.

If there is anything you are unsure about, tell me and we will discuss it.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.

You may NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use my art for AI or NFTs (under no circumstances is this allowed).

If you pay me before the terms of the commission are discussed, I will refund it until they have been discussed.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.

The buyer is NOT allowed a refund after the piece has been completed, even if you have a change of heart.

The final product will be delivered in a .png format in the original resolution.

This is all digital art, therefore there will be no physical delivery.
